On Tuesday, April 3rd at Conway Mill in Belfast, the second Voice of the Lark debate was held to great success. Panel speakers included community workers Manus Maguire, from North Belfast, Peggy Burns, representing West Belfast, Paul Little from the IRSP, and a speech submitted by Billy Mitchell of the PUP.
