The
Act should make provision for the election of the
Supreme Council of Irish Jurists elected democratically.
The Supreme Council of Irish Jurists should consist
of a judge who is representative of Ireland and
is head of the Council and four judges coming from
each one of the four provinces.
The entire legal profession should elect these judges
democratically by postal ballot.
The Supreme Council of Irish Jurists, being elected
democratically and not appointed by the Government,
the Government and the Judiciary would be separate.
The Supreme Council of Irish Jurists would be the
equivalent of the Law lords in Great Britain.
The duties of the Supreme Council should be specified
in the Act. These could be:

To rule upon the interpretation of the National
Government of Ireland Act, where the interpretation
of the Act is in dispute or in doubt.
- To
set reasonable legal costs.
- To
set the annual salary of the Crown Irish.
- To
draw up a list of people to be included in the
Irish Honours list and present it to the Secretary
of State for Ireland, who will organise the giving
of honours list to the Crown Irish.
- To
draw up a list of those deserving a National Grave.
- To
rule on a sentence where the sentence passed in
court has been repeatedly appealed.
- To
set a limit to State funding to be spent by Political
parties in a National or Provincial elections.
- To
set a sufficient State fund for the Royal Society
for the promotion of Irish Culture.
- To
set the salaries of the Political bodies in Ireland
at the request of the Taoiseach or the leader
of a Provincial House.
- To
set levels of pay for staff in Dublin Castle,
the police service both National and Provincial
and the Royal Irish Army, Navy and Air Force.
The Act should State, that in Ireland, trial is
by jury and a person is deemed to be innocent until
proven guilty, the trial being fair and based on
evidence.
A sentence can be appealed and retried and ultimately
placed before the Supreme Council of Irish Jurists
and then if need be appealed to the European Court
of Justice.
The Act should State that courts in Ireland are
known as Crown Irish Courts.
The Act should stipulate as necessary that all buildings
having to do with the Law, should have prominently
displayed the Crown Irish Representation such as
courts, legal offices and solicitor's offices.
The Act should stipulate as necessary that Crown
Irish court buildings must display the Royal Flag
of Ireland along with the four Provincial flags.
